Amends the Election Code. Creates an Article heading and short title Section only for a new Campaign Contributions Article.

AN ACT concerning elections.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding the heading of Article 9.5 and Section 9.5-1 as follows:

ARTICLE 9.5. CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

(10 ILCS 5/9.5-1 new)

Sec. 9.5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the Campaign Contributions Law.
