225 ILCS 450/0.01   from Ch. 111, par. 5500.01

    Amends the Illinois Public Accounting Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Public Accounting Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 450/0.01)  (from Ch. 111, par. 5500.01)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2014)
8     Sec. 0.01. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
9 the"Illinois Public Accounting Act".
