Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's saving clause.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by changing Section 3100 as follows:

(820 ILCS 405/3100) (from Ch. 48, par. 810)

Sec. 3100. Saving clause. The The legislature reserves the power to amend or repeal this Act at any time, and all rights, privileges or immunities conferred by this Act, or by acts done pursuant thereto, shall exist subject to such power.
