SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

765 ILCS 610/1

Amends the Condominium Advisory Council Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Condominium Advisory Council Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Condominium Advisory Council Act.
