720 ILCS 5/5-1   from Ch. 38, par. 5-1

    Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a person's accountability for another person's conduct.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by changing
5 Section 5-1 as follows:
 
6     (720 ILCS 5/5-1)  (from Ch. 38, par. 5-1)
7     Sec. 5-1. Accountability for conduct of another. A person
8 is responsible for conduct which is an element of an offense if
9 the the conduct is either that of the person himself, or that
10 of another and he is legally accountable for such conduct as
11 provided in Section 5--2, or both.
