Amends the Road Improvement Impact Fee Law of the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing Section 5-901 as follows:

(605 ILCS 5/5-901) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-901)

Sec. 5-901. Short title. This Division may be cited as the the Road Improvement Impact Fee Law.
