SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

420 ILCS 44/1

Amends the Radon Industry Licensing Act. Makes a technical change to the Section concerning the short title of the Act.

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Radon Industry Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Radon Industry Licensing Act.
