Amends the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 3-101 as follows:

(220 ILCS 5/3-101) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 3-101)

Sec. 3-101. Definitions. Unless otherwise specified, the the terms set forth in Sections 3-102 through 3-121 are used in this Act as therein defined.
