SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dale Leach of Carlinville, who passed away on November 28, 2008; and

WHEREAS, Dale Leach was born April 30, 1935, in Carlinville, the son of the late Earl T. Leach and the late Leta Mae Clark; and

WHEREAS, He married Bev Morehead on December 24, 1955; Dale was a lifelong farmer in the Carlinville area; and

WHEREAS, He was very active in his church, Concord Primitive Baptist Church; and

WHEREAS, He is survived by his wife, Bev Leach; his daughter, Kristy Rosentreter (Roger); his son, Steve Leach (Jennie); his daughter, Jill McCaherty (Rick); his ten grandchildren; his great-grandson; his sister, Dolores Frankford (Alvis); his brother, Don Leach (Ida Mae); his sister, Marilyn Mieher; and several nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Dale Leach; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dale Leach as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
