SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Clarence A. Hunt of Carlinville, who passed away on December 11, 2008; and

WHEREAS, Clarence A. Hunt was born October 27, 1917, in Liberty, Missouri, the son of the late Amiel A. and Ellen Hunt; he married the late Agnes L. Lacy in Piggott, Arkansas, on May 8, 1938; and

WHEREAS, Clarence Hunt is survived by his daughter, Joyce Jacobus (Delano); his daughter, Lois Killam (Jerry); his son, Henry A. Hunt; his daughter, LaDonna Ciesielski (Ronald); his eight grandchildren; his eleven great-grandchildren; his great-great-granddaughter; his grand-goddaughter; his sister, Allean Triplett; his sister, Evelina Metcalf; and several nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Clarence A. Hunt; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Clarence A. Hunt as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
