SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Joy Deborah Fisher, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, Joy Deborah Fisher was an attorney at law; and

WHEREAS, Joy Deborah Fisher was the cherished wife of Arthur W. Stawinski; the devoted mother of Steven Fisher-Stawinski; the beloved daughter of the late J. Barry and Rochelle Fisher; the dearest sister of Penny Fisher; and the loving aunt of Heather Sherman, and Pamela, Moshe, and Yaakov Friedman; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Joy Deborah Fisher; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Joy Deborah Fisher as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
