SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Timothy J. Goodwin of Kenosha, Wisconsin, formerly of Waukegan, who passed away on October 17, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Timothy J. Goodwin was born August 15, 1962 in Waukegan, grew up in Beach Park and had lived in Kenosha for the past eight years; and

WHEREAS, He was a member of Lakeview Church of Zion and he was employed by Draper & Kramer Mortgage Corporation in the Kenosha office; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Goodwin was an avid motorcycle enthusiast; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carl Ruesch; and paternal grandparents, Howard and Frances Goodwin; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Timothy L. Goodwin will be deeply felt by those who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Jean; his step-daughter, Amy Schemenauer; his grandson, Jackson Lumley; his father and mother, Howard and Kathleen Goodwin; his siblings, Amy (Tom) Barber, Howard Goodwin, and Heather (Bob) Kukla; his maternal grandmother, Alice Ruesch; and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Timothy J. Goodwin; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Timothy J. Goodwin as a symbol of our sympathy.
