SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Rosalie Taul of Alton, who passed away on
4 September 29, 2007; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Rosalie Taul was born on September 6, 1938 in East
6 Alton; her parents were Leo J. Pavish Sr. and his wife, Oneita
7 E. (Rohr) Pavish; she married William R. Taul Sr. on May 7,
8 1960, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Alton ; and
 
9     WHEREAS, She was employed by Famous Barr/Macy's for 20
10 years and retired in 2007; previously, she was employed by
11 Lewis and Clark Community College as an upholstery instructor
12 and had been an operator for Illinois Bell Telephone; she was a
13 former member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Alton; and
 
14     WHEREAS, Rosalie Taul was preceded in death by her parents;
15 her brother, Leo J. Pavish Jr.; and two sisters, Alice Carlyle
16 and Mary Oris; and
 
17     WHEREAS, Rosalie Taul is survived by her husband, William;
18 her children and their spouses, William Jr. and Kim Taul, Ed
19 and Gabe Taul, Mary and Chris Beiser, Kathy and Bill Chambers,
20 Todd and Donna Taul, and Matt and Mary Lou Taul; her
21 grandchildren, Shelby Taul, Alex and Jack Taul, Nick, Andrew,

1 Ashley and Liz Beiser, Lauren Maurutto, Robby and Brad Taul,
2 Max, Leo, Angelina, and Lydia Taul; her brother and
3 sister-in-law, Paul and Rosie Pavish; her sisters and
4 brothers-in-law, Louise and David Young, and Dolly and Dick
5 Diuguid; therefore, be it
 
6     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
7 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
8 her family and friends, the passing of Rosalie Taul; and be it
9 further
 
10     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11 presented to the family of Rosalie Taul as a symbol of our
12 sincere sympathy.
