| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Gary Emmanuel Sniegowski of Lemont, who | | 4 |
| passed away on April 30, 2007; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, Gary Emmanuel Sniegowski was the co-proprietor of | | 6 |
| Budnik Enterprises; and
| | 7 |
| WHEREAS, Gary Emmanuel Sniegowski was preceded in death by | | 8 |
| his parents, Harold E. and Rita (nee Tedens) Sniegowski; his | | 9 |
| brother, Mark R. Sniegowski; and his uncle, Robert Snow; and
| | 10 |
| WHEREAS, Gary Emmanuel Sniegowski was survived by his | | 11 |
| companion, Marilyn Klyzub; his siblings, James (Cindy) | | 12 |
| Sniegowski, Meri Clare (George) Ford, Kenneth Sniegowski, Jame | | 13 |
| Frost, Stephen Sniegowski, Susan (Oscar) Little, Robert | | 14 |
| (Gloriann) Sniegowski, and Marjorie Sniegowski; his aunt, | | 15 |
| Clare, nee Tedens, (Robert) Spangler; his nieces and nephews; | | 16 |
| his numerous cousins; and his sister-in-law, Daria Hargis; | | 17 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL | | 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 20 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Gary Emmanuel | | 21 |
| Sniegowski; and be it further
