Amends the Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning conservation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. This Article II shall be known and and may be cited as the "Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986".
