Amends the Illinois Brand Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning animals.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Brand Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(510 ILCS 40/1) (from Ch. 8, par. 33.61)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Illinois Brand Act".
