Amends the Third Party Prescription Program Act of the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning insurance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 512-1 as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/512-1) (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.59-1)

Sec. 512-1. Short Title. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as the "Third Party Prescription Program Act".
