Amends the Property Tax Code. Adds a Division concerning the valuation of wind-energy-production facilities to the Article concerning property valuations performed by the Department of Revenue. Contains only a heading.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by adding Division 5 to Article 11 as follows:
