20 ILCS 505/17a-10

from Ch. 23, par. 5017a-10

Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning unified delinquency intervention services administered by the Department of Human Services.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is amended by changing Section 17a-10 as follows:

(20 ILCS 505/17a-10) (from Ch. 23, par. 5017a-10)

Sec. 17a-10. The Department of Human Services may administer unified delinquency intervention services to provide community-based alternatives to commitment to the the Department of Corrections of children adjudicated as delinquent minors, and who meet such criteria as established by rules of the Department of Human Services.
