    Amends the Arts Council Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Arts Council Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3915/0.01)  (from Ch. 127, par. 214.10)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may ~~may~~be cited as the
8 Arts Council Act.
