Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by changing Section 14 as follows:

(35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)

Sec. 14. This Act shall be known as the the "Retailers' Occupation Tax Act" and the tax herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
