SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

820 ILCS 320/1

Amends the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Safety Employee Benefits Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act.
