SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 312/1

Amends the Elevator Safety and Regulation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Elevator Safety and Regulation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 312/1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Elevator Safety and Regulation Act.
