SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 3960/19.6

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Repeals the Act on June 30, 2007 (now, April 1, 2007). Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on April 1, 2007)

Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on June 30 April 1, 2007.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
