AN ACT concerning property.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Secretary of the Department of Human Services, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver for $10 and other good and valuable consideration a valid Quit Claim Deed to Edith Gould releasing all right, title, and interest held by the State of Illinois in and to the following described real property:

Lots Forty-One (41), Forty-Two (42), and Forty-Three of "Hall and Wallace's Subdivision of Part of Lot Thirty-Nine (39) Prairie Du Pont Commons of St. Clair County, Illinois; Reference being had to the Plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois, in Book of Plats "P" on page 14 and situated in St. Clair County, Illinois.

Section 10. The Secretary of the Department of Human Services shall obtain certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required by Section 5, shall record the certified document in the recorder's office in the county in which the real property is located.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
