Amends the Drilling Operations Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Drilling Operations Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(765 ILCS 530/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9651)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Drilling Operations Act".
