710 ILCS 40/1

Amends the Reviewing Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning alternative dispute resolution.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Reviewing Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Reviewing Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
