HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Maria Ann Hernandez, who passed away on January 4, 2008; and

WHEREAS, Maria Hernandez was born and raised in Canaryville; she attended school at Alexander Graham Elementary; she graduated from Curie High School in 2007; and

WHEREAS, Maria Hernandez devoted her entire life to her daughter, Jaiden Amiyah; and

WHEREAS, Maria Hernandez will be remembered by all who knew and loved her as a happy and outgoing person with an amazing smile; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Maria Hernandez; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Maria Hernandez as an expression of our sympathy.
