HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Mitch Hannahs for being named to the Missouri Valley Conference all-century baseball team on May 28, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Second baseman Mitch Hannahs played baseball at Indiana State University from 1986 to 1989; he was All-MVC from 1987 to 1989; he was an all-tourney selection in 1987 and 1989; and

WHEREAS, Mitch Hannahs currently coaches at Lincoln Trail College and was a candidate for the ISU coaching position in 2006; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Mitch Hannahs for being named to the Missouri Valley Conference all-century baseball team and wish him continued success in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Mitch Hannahs as an expression of our esteem and respect.
