HOUSE RESOLUTION

    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
4
the Private Sewage Disposal Review Commission must file the 
5
report required by House Resolution 1033 of the 93rd General 
6
Assembly on or before December 30, 2007, rather than on or 
7
before December 30, 2006 (as required by House Resolution 909 
8
of the 94th General Assembly); and that upon filing its report 
9
the Commission is dissolved.
