1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate the staff and
4 administration of the Family Service and Community Mental
5 Health Center on the occasion of the center's 50th anniversary;
6 and

7     WHEREAS, The Family Service and Community Mental Health
8 Center has provided top quality, comprehensive counseling and
9 psychiatric services for adults, adolescents, and children
10 since 1959; and

11     WHEREAS, The work that the staff of the Family Service and
12 Community Mental Health Center has done to help those with
13 mental health issues is worthy of the greatest respect;
14 therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 congratulate the staff and administration of the Family Service
18 and Community Mental Health Center on the occasion of the
19 center's 50th anniversary and wish them continued success in
20 the future; and be it further

21     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to a representative of the Family Service and
2 Community Mental Health Center as a symbol of our esteem and
3 respect.
