1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The Illinois Family-Law Study Committee has been
3 established pursuant to House Resolution 1101 of the 95th
4 General Assembly; and

5     WHEREAS, The composition of the Illinois Family-Law Study
6 Committee should be modified; therefore, be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
9 the Illinois Family-Law Study Committee established pursuant
10 to House Resolution 1101 of the 95th General Assembly shall
11 consist of the following members:
12         (1) Five members appointed by the Speaker of the House
13     of Representatives, one of whom shall be designated by the
14     Speaker to serve as the chairperson of the Committee;
15         (2) Five members appointed by the Minority Leader of
16     the House of Representatives;
17         (3) Two members appointed by the Supreme Court of
18     Illinois, one each from (1) an Illinois statewide bar
19     association and (2) a metropolitan bar association; and
20         (4) Two members appointed by the Illinois Child Support
21     Advisory Committee, one of whom is (1) its chairperson or
22     designee and (2) a member of a statewide organization whose
23     membership is exclusively comprised of matrimonial

1     lawyers; and be it further

2     RESOLVED, That House Resolution 1101 of the 95th General
3 Assembly shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
