1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Ralph Shepstone on
4 the occasion of his retirement from the Chicago Executive
5 Airport Board; and

6     WHEREAS, Ralph Shepstone began his career with the Chicago
7 Executive Airport in 1988 as an Airport Commissioner; during
8 his many terms, he has served as secretary, treasurer,
9 vice-chairman, and acting chairman; and

10     WHEREAS, Ralph Shepstone is known by his colleagues as the
11 "Ambassador" for his untiring travels to numerous conventions
12 and seminars, as well as many trips to Springfield and
13 Washington, D.C. on the airport's behalf; he has developed an
14 excellent reputation as a loyal and knowledgeable presence at
15 the airport; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate Ralph Shepstone on the occasion of his retirement
19 and wish him many happy and healthy retirement years; and be it
20 further

21     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to Ralph Shepstone as a symbol of our esteem and
2 respect.
