    Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning definitions.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Alternative Health Care Delivery Act is
5 amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

6     (210 ILCS 3/10)
7     Sec. 10. Definitions. In this Act, unless the~~the~~context
8 otherwise requires:
9     "Alternative health care model" means a facility or program
10 authorized under Section 35 of this Act.
11     "Board" means the State Board of Health.
12     "Department" means the Illinois Department of Public
13 Health.
14     "Demonstration program" means a program to license and
15 study alternative health care models authorized under this Act.
16     "Director" means the Director of Public Health.
