Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Make a technical change in Section involving the application of the Article involving Public Insurance Adjusters.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 512.51 as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/512.51) (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.59-51)

Sec. 512.51. Scope of Article. This This Article shall apply to all Public Insurance Adjusters and Registered Firms as defined in Section 512.52.
