    Creates the Olmstead Implementation Act of 2007. Contains only a short title provision. Effective July 1, 2007.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Olmstead Implementation Act of 2007.

6     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
7 2007.
