    Amends the Illinois Dangerous Animals Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Dangerous Animals Act is amended by
5 changing Section 4 as follows:

6     (720 ILCS 585/4)  (from Ch. 8, par. 244)
7     Sec. 4. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Illinois Dangerous Animals Act".
