SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 407/20-60

Amends the Auction License Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning orders.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Auction License Act is amended by changing Section 20-60 as follows:

(225 ILCS 407/20-60)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)

Sec. 20-60. Order; certified copy. An order or a certified copy of an order, over the the seal of OBRE and purporting to be signed by the Commissioner or his or her designee, shall be prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Commissioner or his or her designee;

(2) the Commissioner is duly appointed and qualified; and

(3) the Advisory Board is duly appointed and qualified.
