Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. Makes a technical change in a Section defining the Council on Aging.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by changing Section 3.03 as follows:

(20 ILCS 105/3.03) (from Ch. 23, par. 6103.03)

Sec. 3.03. "Council" means the the Council on Aging created by this Act.
