50 ILCS 748/1

Amends the Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(50 ILCS 748/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act.
