5 ILCS 325/0.01	from Ch. 129, par. 500
5 ILCS 330/1	from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 801

Amends the Military Leave of Absence Act and the Public Employee Armed Services Rights Act. Makes technical changes in the Acts' short title Sections.

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Military Leave of Absence Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(5 ILCS 325/0.01) (from Ch. 129, par. 500)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This This Act may be cited as the Military Leave of Absence Act.

Section 10. The Public Employee Armed Services Rights Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This This Act may be cited as the Public Employee Armed Services Rights Act.
