    Amends the Clean Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of 2011. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Clean Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of
5 2011 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 1108/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Clean
8 Coal FutureGen for Illinois Act of 2011.
