    Amends the Hospice Program Licensing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Hospice Program Licensing Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (210 ILCS 60/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6101)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Hospice Program
8 Licensing Act.
