5 ILCS 820/1

Amends the Community-Law Enforcement and Other First Responder Partnership for Deflection and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Community-Law Enforcement and Other First Responder Partnership for Deflection and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Community-Law Enforcement and Other First Responder Partnership for Deflection and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act.
