    Amends the Dental Service Plan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Dental Service Plan Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (215 ILCS 110/1)  (from Ch. 32, par. 690.1)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~Dental Service
8 Plan Act.
