SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death Frank J. Radochonski of Burbank on June 7, 2006; and

WHEREAS, Frank J. Radochonski was born on March 10, 1925, in Chicago to Frank and Mary Radochonski; he was the devoted husband of Betty (nee Smola) Radochonski; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Radochonski proudly served his country during World War II as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard; he was a former Burbank Alderman of 23 years and life member of V.F.W. Post #5220; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Frank J. Radochonski is deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Betty (nee Smola) Radochonski; his son, Frank J. Jr. (Kelley) Radochonski; his daughter, Sandy Radochonski; and his grandchildren, Kacie, Katelyn, Kourtney, and Frankie; he was the brother of the late Estelle and Mike; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Frank J. Radochonski, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
