SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Patricia A. Terc, a 34-year resident of Arlington Heights, on January 6, 2005; and

WHEREAS, She was born May 2, 1949 in Chicago, the daughter of Edward T. and Alyce (nee Kralovich) Madden; and

WHEREAS, She married Joseph Terc on August 8, 1970 in Evergreen Park; and

WHEREAS, She devoted her life to children and education as a career speech pathologist and serving as a 17-year volunteer in local schools; and

WHEREAS, She was a loving and caring relative, friend, colleague, and neighbor of many; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her father, Edward; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Patricia A. Terc is felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Joseph; her children, Mandy and Jed Terc; and her mother, Alyce Madden; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia A. Terc and we extend our sincerest condolences to her family, friends, and community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
