| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate were saddened | | 3 |
| to hear of the death of Matthew "Matt" David Stolarick of | | 4 |
| Chicago, who passed away at the age of 28 on December 6, 2005; | | 5 |
| and
| | 6 |
| WHEREAS, Matt Stolarick was born on October 13, 1977 in | | 7 |
| Waukegan, Illinois; he was a graduate of Lake Shore Catholic | | 8 |
| Academy and Carmel High School, class of 1995; and
| | 9 |
| WHEREAS, Matt Stolarick attended Illinois State University | | 10 |
| in Normal, Illinois, and he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha | | 11 |
| Fraternity; and

| WHEREAS, Having a passion for making people laugh, Matt | | 13 |
| Stolarick was an active member of the N.U.F.A.N. Ensemble | | 14 |
| Theatre, Co. in Chicago; and
| | 15 |
| WHEREAS, Matt Stolarick is survived by his parents, David | | 16 |
| and Kathy Stolarick, his two brothers, Donnie and Keith | | 17 |
| Stolarick, his sister-in-law, Cheryl Stolarick, his | | 18 |
| girlfriend, Anna Barry, and many other friends and family; | | 19 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL | | 21 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
| | 22 |
| all who knew and loved him, the death of Matthew "Matt" David | | 23 |
| Stolarick; and be
it further
| | 24 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
| | 25 |
| presented to the family of Matthew "Matt" David Stolarick as an | | 26 |
| expression of our condolences.
