SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate were saddened to learn of the death of Gregory Allen Barlow of Anna; and

WHEREAS, Gregory Barlow was born on March 6, 1964, in Anna, the son of Charles "Corky" Barlow and Martha Craft Barlow; he married Carla Theis on September 19, 1992, in Anna; and

WHEREAS, Gregory Barlow was employed by the Union County Ambulance Service as an EMT; he attended the Anna Church of the Nazarene; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Gregory Barlow is felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Carla Barlow; his daughters, Jessica and Abigail Barlow; his mother, Martha Barlow; his father, Charles "Corky" Barlow and his stepmother, Barbara Barlow; his paternal grandmother, Virgie Barlow; his brothers, Doug Barlow and wife, Sharon and Justin Barlow and wife, Nicole; his stepsisters, Gayla Davidson and Kathy LeFevere and husband, Eric; his stepbrother, Gary Goins and wife, Candy; his father and mother-in-law, Norman and Judy Theis; his grandmother-in-law, Mildred Shepard, his brother-in-law, Frank Theis; and his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we extend to the family of Gregory Allen Barlow our sincere condolences in this time of loss; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Gregory Allen Barlow.
