SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate were saddened to learn of the death of William L. "Billy" Hughes of Waltonville on October 19, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Billy Hughes was born on April 6, 1971 in Springfield, Illinois to William W. and Geraldine M. (Tomazic) Hughes; and

WHEREAS, Billy Hughes was a member of the Egyptian Builders and Organized Labor Together (EBOLT) Local 773, the Christian Motorcyclists, and the Harley Owners Group (HOG); and

WHEREAS, The passing of William "Billy" Hughes has been deeply felt by many, especially his parents; his daughters, Kourtnie and Kalee Hughes; his stepdaughter, Hannah Forby; his sisters, Tammy Roberts and Barbie (Carey) Dobbs; his brother, Richard "Dicky" (Barbara) Brewer; his grandmother, Zelma Tomazic; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Brewer, Dustin Brewer, Shelbi Roberts, Steven Roberts, Ryan Dobbs, Zachary Dobbs, and Logan Dobbs; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William L. "Billy" Hughes, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
